Returns and Refunds Policy
Our Returns and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into Felger's Footwear’s Terms of Use is as follows:
1. Eligibility
Unless otherwise noted, you may return or exchange any product purchased via the Services for a refund or credit (see Section 3 below). Please note that clearance items (which are noted as SALE in red text) are final sale and not returnable. In addition there are no refunds on freight charges.
You must return or exchange any eligible item within fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date.
All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Shoes that are not in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition may not be returned unless defective. Items must be in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box) and be accompanied by the original invoice. The shoe box must be shipped inside a shipping carton. Please do not alter, tape, or damage the shoe box when mailing the product back to us. Returns with altered, taped, or damaged shoe boxes will incur a $15 restocking charge per pair.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. Return freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
Use a service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS that provides tracking information, and keep a copy of the tracking number. We are not responsible if your returned item(s) does not arrive at our business.

2. Process
To initiate a return of an eligible item please e-mail info@felgersfootwear.com and include your order number and return reason. After a return is initiated by e-mail you can request a return label, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns
When your item is received, we will inspect it within 2 business days and, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied to post to your account.
Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax (if any).
If, upon inspection, we deem your return item to be used, altered or otherwise damaged, it may be ineligible for a refund. If your item has been deemed ineligible for a refund, we will contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges can be made online or in person at Felger's Footwear. In-person exchanges will be handled as a return to your original payment method then new purchase. To initiate an online exchange please contact us at info@felgersfootwear.com.
You will be given the option to purchase the new item and receive a refund when the original item is returned to us, or we will hold your exchange until we receive the original item and mail out the replacement within 1-2 business days of receiving the original item.
You will be responsible for return shipping of the original item, although you may request a return label from us with that cost being deducted from the original purchase price. If you choose to receive a return label from us we will clearly communicate the cost during exchange communications.
Shipping of the new item follows our standard shipping policy. We provide free shipping to most destinations in the United States on items over $125, and charge a $10 shipping fee on items under $125. In some cases, certain delivery options may not be available, may require additional shipping fees or may take longer. Items subject to these additional shipping and delivery charges will be discussed with you during the initial exchange communications. 5. Defective Merchandise
We follow manufacturer guidelines for defective merchandise. Most manufacturers warrantee their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
If you believe your item is defective, please email us at iinfo@felgersfootwear.com to start a defective merchandise claim. Please include your name, order number and a description of the defect including pictures if possible.
If we deem the item to be defective, we will provide a return shipping label to return the product to us. When your item is received, we will inspect it within 2 business days and, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax (if any).
If, upon inspection, we deem your item is NOT defective, we will contact you to arrange return shipping to you at your expense. If we deem that the item is not defective and you do not wish to have it returned to you at your expense, we will dispose of the item and not provide a refund.
